RedWest 2026 Street Team Participation Waiver & Agreement
By participating in the RedWest 2026 Street Team Program (“Program”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by RedWest Festival and its affiliated entities (“RedWest”).

1. Voluntary Participation
Participant understands that participation in the Program is completely voluntary and that they are not an employee, contractor, or representative of RedWest. Participation in the Program does not guarantee compensation, employment, tickets, rewards, or future opportunities.

2. Assumption of Risk
Participant understands that street team activities may involve travel, walking, lifting materials, interaction with businesses or members of the public, and other promotional activities that may carry inherent risks.
Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Program, including but not limited to:

• personal injury

• property damage

• vehicle accidents

• theft

• weather-related conditions

• interactions with third parties

Participant agrees to participate responsibly and within all local laws and regulations.

3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant releases and holds harmless RedWest Festival, its owners, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Program.
This release includes claims related to:

• injury

• illness

• property damage

• lost wages

• transportation

• accidents

• third-party disputes

• use of promotional materials
   

4. Compliance With Laws & Posting Rules
Participant agrees to:

• only place posters or promotional materials in approved or legally permitted locations

• obtain permission from businesses or property owners before posting materials

• follow all city, state, and local regulations

• avoid posting on prohibited property including utility poles, traffic signs, mailboxes, construction barriers, or government property

• represent RedWest respectfully and professionally

RedWest reserves the right to reject poster submissions or remove participants from the Program for failure to follow guidelines.

5. Proof of Participation
Participant understands that proof of completed tasks may be required in order to receive points, rewards, tickets, or incentives. Proof may include:

• photographs

• videos

• location submissions

• timestamps

• social media posts

Submission of fraudulent, misleading, duplicated, or manipulated proof may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of rewards.

6. Rewards & Incentives
Participant understands that rewards, points, tickets, merchandise, and incentives are subject to availability and may be modified, adjusted, delayed, or revoked at RedWest’s discretion.
Participation does not guarantee any specific reward value.

7. Media Release
Participant grants RedWest permission to use any submitted photographs, videos, social media content, likeness, name, or promotional materials created during participation for marketing, advertising, social media, website, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Independent Conduct
Participant acknowledges that they are acting independently and are responsible for their own transportation, expenses, safety precautions, and conduct while participating in the Program.

9. Removal From Program
RedWest reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program at any time for:

• inappropriate conduct

• violation of guidelines

• harassment

• illegal posting

• fraudulent submissions

• abuse of the rewards system

• behavior deemed harmful to the RedWest brand or community
   

10. Acknowledgement
Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Street Team Participation Waiver & Agreement.
